The Armstrong Creek Town Centre will be the civic, commercial and social heart of Armstrong Creek It will be a sustainable and vibrant place for the community to shop, live, work and play.
Located south of Geelong on the Surf Coast Highway, Armstrong Creek is the gateway to the region’s surf coast and the largest connecting growth area in Victoria. The Armstrong Creek Town Centre will become home to over 100,000 residents, and will feature two business park areas that will provide future employment opportunities.
The 40-hectare town centre is situated on the eastern side of Torquay Road between Boundary and Burvilles Road. Once complete, the Armstrong Creek Town Centre total retail floor space is estimated at 97,000sqm.
